Concert FAQs

Most Longmont Symphony Orchestra performances are at Vance Brand Civic Auditorium in Skyline High School, Stewart Auditorium in the Longmont Museum, Westview Presbyterian Church, United Church of Christ, and Thompson Park.

It is best to arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled performance begins. This leaves time for parking, picking up tickets, visiting the restroom and finding your seat.

In consideration of the comfort and listening pleasure of a seated audience, patrons who arrive after the concert begins will be asked to any available seat near the rear of the auditorium or in the balcony until intermission.

Handicapped parking is located directly in front of the main entrance to Vance Brand Civic Auditorium and the Longmont Museum’s Stewart Auditorium. Wheelchair seating and companion seats are available for all performances. LSO Ushers will be stationed at the doors to help. Please be sure to silence your cell phone and all other electronic devices upon entering the auditorium. Also, please avoid talking during a performance. Consideration of your neighbors allows everyone to enjoy the concert.

The LSO welcomes all guests, and also offers performances specifically for families and children. For all of our concerts, the LSO strives to ensure an enjoyable listening environment for all guests. We rely on parents and guardians to take responsibility for the behavior of the child in their care, which includes the listening experience of nearby guests.

There is no food or beverages allowed in the auditoriums.

The taking of photographs and the recording of Longmont Symphony Orchestra concerts is not permitted.
